About the Place
Fully renovated traditional nisyrian house with lovely terrace overlooking the sea and an indoor courtyard. The accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and offers everything one needs for a comfortable stay.
The space
The house was built in 1931 and was fully renovated preserving its traditional characteristics. It is located just after the entrance of the village Nikia and is built on a slope, on two levels. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and an indoor courtyard.
At the main entrance level (top), one finds the kitchen, one bathroom and the dining room, including a place for two people to sleep in (see pics). At the lower level – the level of the yard – one finds a bedroom (double bed) with it’s own bathroom. In the inner courtyard (same level), there is an additional studio which can accommodate two people and has an ensuite bathroom.
You will find everything you need for your stay: towels, linen, dryer, iron, washing machine and a fully equipped the kitchen.
In addition, privacy is guaranteed since all three bedrooms are independent, sharing only the main entrance and the outer spaces.
By the way, the house is very practical for anyone who wants to bring their dog but doesn’t always want to take it with them, as the yard is enclosed and dog won’t be able to leave 😉
Guest access
Arriving at the harbor, one can drive up to Nikia either with a rented car or motorbike, or using the public bus or taxi service.
Other things to note
If you plan to visit Nikia for a longer stay, you also have the option of booking
a cleaning service.

I am always available for any kind of question before, during or after your stay.
Someone will be waiting for you to hand over the keys and explain anything needed upon your arrival at the house.
