About the Space
This house is located in the center of Mandraki, under the monastery of Panagia Spiliani, a two minute walk from the Cochlaki beach, near Ilikiomeni square and all the traditional restaurants and cafés. It’s some steps away from the sea and you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the roof. It’s fully equipped and it is breezy and very comfortable. It’s a house that combines relaxation, since the sea is just one window away from you, and the experience of the local life.
The space
It is spacious, it compliments simplicity and lacks exaggeration. Includes every necessity. It’s a two floored space with a roof patio. In the ground floor is located the kitchen, the siting area and the bathroom. In the first floor are the two bedrooms and the balcony which provides the view of the beauty of the volcanic rock that the monastery is built on. The roof patio also provides amazing view of the whole village, Mandraki, and the scenery of the other small across islands.
Other things to note
The water supply of this island is done by tanks, so it is preferable if the guests could minimize the water waste. Also it is not drinkable but it is completely safe for any other needs.
